Our green cleaning prices are based on the size of the property, how often you book, the current condition of the space, and any add-ons such as inside appliances, interior windows, or extra bathrooms. The ranges below are starting points to help you plan.
When we provide an estimate, we explain what is included so you can compare scope, not just price. A maintenance clean, deep clean, move-out clean, and short-term rental turnover all require different timing and detail.
Standard green cleaning can include kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, mirrors, touchpoints, and trash removal. Deeper work such as inside fridges, ovens, cabinets, grout, and heavy buildup may require more time.

Detail areas like baseboards, window sills, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and interior appliance cleaning can be included when requested or built into a deep clean. These items affect timing, so we list them clearly in the estimate.
Product preferences matter. If you have children, pets, allergies, scent sensitivities, or surfaces that require special care, include that information when requesting a quote so we can plan the right approach.
